  • What is the "preferred" package for a guest size of more than 100 people?

    Any event over 75 people we recommend the Silver Package to fully accomodate every guest atleast one time in a 4 hour period.

  • Is the deposit included in the final cost of the event?

    Yes. (For example, if the total cost of your event is $1150.00, a hundred dollar deposit with have the remaining balance due of $1050.00.)

  • Can "add ons" be included after the rental contract has been signed?

    Absolutely. We understand you can change your mind at any time. We just ask for these requested changes atleast 14 days prior to the event date. At that time, your contract will be revised and dated to reflect changes. Failure to sign the revised contract will subject the client to the orignal agreement without the add ons.

  • Do we do site vists?

    Yes. We recommend site visits to our event host to ensure productivity and safety  for our attendants and guests.

  • Can the Wi-Fi Hotspot be added if the venue doesn't provide internet or the internet fails at the event?

    Yes.  We understood technology has errors, so we ensure we have the Hotspot for all events. We recommend each event host consider the WiFi Hotspot "Add on".
